• Position and distribution records — the life of the vehicle, then eight years.
• Sign-in and security logs — thirteen months.
• Correspondence — three years.

You may ask what is held, ask for a correction, ask for a copy in a portable form, object to processing that rests on legitimate interests, and ask for erasure where no retention obligation applies.

Requests are answered within thirty days. Where a request is refused, the reason and the obligation relied on are given.
