Where the standing disclosure lives
This page does not restate the standing disclosure. It tells you where it is stated, and links there.
One wording, one document
The standing disclosure on capital at risk, past performance and advice is stated in the Terms and Conditions at Part L. The Hospitality Asset Disclosure makes the same three statements in its own words, at Part A and again at Part L.
It is deliberately not repeated here, or on a banner, or in a footer. Wording repeated in five places becomes five wordings the moment one is revised, and which one you were shown then depends on which screen you were on. It is stated once so that it can be revised once.
The other standing positions
Getaway Collective holds no equity
Getaway Collective holds no economic interest in any vehicle it governs. It is paid from stage two of the waterfall for the platform it operates, and from nothing else.
No preferred return, no carry
There is no preferred return, no catch-up and no carried interest anywhere in the structure.
Confidence classes
Every forward-looking figure carries a class stating how it was arrived at. A figure without one has not been assessed.
Conflicts
A register of conflicts is maintained and a conflicted party does not vote on the matter concerned.
